First: The term "Boatman" refers to my summer job while attending college, FSU, back in the 70's, guiding whitewater rafting trips. And have lived in the Tahoe basin since 89.

Iâ??m presently recovering from a long relationship and starting to venture out into the vast world of single women who are also out there looking for that something. How does one go about filling in these little boxes about themselves? Just trying to understand the concept behind a minimum number of characters that describe me. I believe I am a very well rounded and motivated man with many goals in my life. Been through the college thing and graduated now looking for more. I have traveled a lot and will continue to do so searching for something more that might be out there. Through my past experiences I have learned a great deal about love, life, and relationships but the amazing thing is that I still have so much to learn. Im looking to make some new friends maybe more not really looking for a relationship at the movement but no one ever is when it comes around. So im taking it easy and not going to try and rush anything. Adventurous would probably be the right word to describe me. I like to do things out of the ordinary and am very spontaneous. I could be here today and around the world tomorrow but I believe that we only live once and there is too much too see to be locked down in one place. I know eventually the time will come when I need to settle but for now I am happy with the way things are going.

Not to great at bragging about myself. Work hard everyday to play even harder the next. Snowboarding is one of my favorite passions until I meet the right person to move boarding down to number two. So if you think you can knock my socks of then lets give it a try but please no slackers you must be able to hang tough! I dont need some party animal but thats not saying I dont like to enjoy life a lil from time to time. I love the out doors as much as my golden retriever puppy does! I grew up in Incline Village. Where I spent my time drawing, writing, and playing bass. I pretty much lived at the beach. There is almost nothing better than kicking it on the beach while jamming out on my acoustic bass guitar. I like to watch HD movies on my 50â?? HD plasma. Did I mention that it was HD. I love Campy Horror movies. I also like camping, hiking, lifting weights, and running. I recently have been through some life changing events and have improved my self vastly. Everyday gets better and better. I love my life, my family, and my knucklehead dog Buddy.
